THE JOB

The client already had a website, but the website contained significant user friction; it was difficult to operate and challenging to update. Certain pages on the website were either slow to load or would link to blank pages. The client also wanted to retain the general layout and functionality of two pages from their old website.

THE GOALS

We had three major goals in front of us:

1. Our first goal was to streamline the updating process for the client so that adding new content, such as new film and television projects, would be a fast and simple process.
2. Next we wanted to create a new modern experience for viewers as they browsed the website. Everything should be easily accessible on the website and each page should "flow" to the next. This would be important as these viewers could be potential jobs for our client. 
3. Finally, we had to import those two pages from the old website to the new one in a way that worked with the new sites aesthetic.

THE RESULT

We designed five different modern layouts for the clients content pages and listed each type's strengths and weaknesses for them. Ultimately only one of the layouts was chosen and used in the final website. We next taught the client how to add content to their website as their projects were completed. Importing and enhancing the look of the two pages were also completed in a way that left our client speechless. Overall, the client was very pleased with the end result.
